It was an amazing privilege to lead a staffing company, Amplio Recruiting, from $0 to $10M in 7 years and be acquired by my 35th birthday.

Redemptive Entrepreneurs
We offer virtual group coaching to early stage redemptive entrepreneurs who want advice on growing faith-driven companies or who want to apply (or reapply!) to Praxis or Oceans and desire some accountability and community to get them to the next level (or to the point they can apply again).
I love leveraging the experience and network God has given us from launching, scaling and exiting a redemptive business, as well as being deeply engaged in the Praxis, Lions Den and Faith-Driven Entrepreneur/Investor community to help others on the same journey. You’ll meet monthly with a small group of fellow redemptive founders for one full year to help you reach the next level in your business.

- Helping produce quarterly investment reports
- Assisting in maintaining a secure data room for financial records
- Launching consistent shareholder update calls
- Discussing founder health & team relational health

Plumbline Packages
We offer two types of services to fit the specific needs of each of your portfolio companies:
- Individual Engagement includes one-on-one virtual meetings in which we engage in our healthy business octagon and support the production of stunning investment reports throughout the year.
- Group Facilitation includes monthly group virtual discussions with like-minded founders. These groups, consisting of 4-8 participants, will foster encouragement and accountability among portfolio companies as they discuss and execute our healthy business octagon.

Social Entrepreneurs
We offer virtual group coaching to early stage social entrepreneurs who want advice on growing a sustainable business or want to become a B Corp but desire some accountability and community to get them across the finish line.
I love leveraging the experience and network built from launching, scaling and exiting a social enterprise, as well as being deeply engaged in the B Corp community to help others on the same journey. You’ll meet monthly with a small group of fellow social entrepreneurs for one full year to help you reach the next level in your business.
